We are currently updating our add a driver system.

Add a driver by emailing us at Adddriver@mydrugtestingprogram.com

• Attach a photo of the front of the driver CDL
  Zip code where you want the area you want the test done
• Add "Please to add this driver to our program."
• If you are replacing a driver let us know who is being replaced
• Will will bill your card on file $179 for adding each driver to your program (unless you are replacing the primary driver)
• You will get an email with a drug screen order (Donor Pass) attached with information about the collection site.
