Our agreement with you

Our agreement with you

  1. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to get into and stay in compliance with the DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations and to help you get through audits as quickly and easily as possible.
  2. Read everything we send to you thoroughly--we don't send spam. If it was sent to you by us it's important.
  3. Use the compliance checklist to quickly verify if you've done everything you're required to do to get set up in your office.
  4. Use the membership area and the resources there to complete the tasks that you are required to do.
  5. Call us with questions because we love to help, but understand if we already have provided you resources to help we are going to redirect you to it.
  6. If you are contacted for a random drug or alcohol screen-be prepared to go within 24 hours. We will help you find the location and set up your required screening. Any delays could be viewed as a refusal and reported to the clearing House with many negative and costly consequences.
  7. Keep your driver's list updated with us. If you don't keep your driver's list updated if one of your drivers that is no longer active is selected in our consortium pool you may be required to pay a fee as it burdens the entire pool with the extra selection work in order to make up for the shortfall.
  8. Keep your program paid on time. If you're having struggles you can contact us for a possible payment arrangement but if you let your program lapse there will be a reactivation fee because we have to do a lot of work to get you started again and our staff doesn't work for free.
  9. When you are notified about an audit contact us immediately and send us a copy of the notification so we can help you assemble your documents for the audit. It's a minimum of one day before we work on the account for the audit and depending on whether or not you've done everything you're required to do there could be several more days involved getting your materials together so give yourself plenty of lead time.
  10. If you have your own individual pool that we do random selections from it is your 100% responsibility in the eyes of the dot to make sure you get enough tests done so make sure by the end of the year you have enough random drug screen results equal to 50% of the average number of drivers in your pool and 10% for alcohol screening.

If you have any other questions about your program or are having any kind of problems or missing results always call us and let us know so we can address the issue as soon as possible.
