How random selections work

• If you are one of your drivers is selected for random selection the person that was set up as the designated employee representative for your company will be contacted via email with a selection detailing who was selected and for what type of random screening.
• Call us once you receive your notification and we will help you locate a convenient collection site and set the testing up electronically for you.  
• Have all drivers keep at least a couple of paper multipart control in custody forms in their vehicles at all times in case of needing to set up a test where there is no electronic testing available.
• Once we set up a screening for you you will be required to proceed as soon as possible to the collection site and complete the collection and/or breath alcohol testing. Any failure to go could be viewed as a refusal and reported to the clearinghouse.
