** Clearinghouse services require motor-carriers and CDL drivers to first register at the FMCSA Clearinghouse website before being done. The DOT prohibits C/TPAs from helping their clients register. Also you should never allow anyone to "do it for you" as employers and CDL drivers must have their own private Clearinghouse account that only you have access to when completed.

*** Clearinghouse reports include required employer reporting of refusals and positive alcohol tests in the Clearinghouse for the employee involved.

**** Driver list updates must be in spreadsheet format with driver information exactly as it appears on their CDL license in separate columns; 1st name, last name,  CDL State, CDL Number, Date of Birth.
