Registration Tips

• No one can register for you! You are required to do your own registration because it creates your own private account at the FMCSA Clearinghouse website that only you have access to.
• Never allow anyone to register "for you. " This is your private account and only you should have access to it once your registration is complete.
• Always keep your Clearinghouse website user name and password handy so you can log into your account when needed.
• You can use the services of a registration expert who will likely save you many hours of time trying to figure it out yourself.
• Mydrugtestingprogram.com Clearinghouse services only begin after your registration at the FMCSA Clearinghouse website is completed.

• During your Clearinghouse registration you must designate "MyDrugTestingProgram.com" as your C/TPA.

***Note*** There is a second "MyDrugTestingProgram.com" in the C/TPA options that isn't the right one, so you must scroll through the C/TPA options list to ensure that you choose the one at the following address: 5715 Independence Ave, Portage, IN 46368. The other one has the same address but the wrong zip code. We are working to get the other one removed from the list.

• During your Clearinghouse registration you must assign permissions to "MyDrugTestingProgram.com." Assign all permissions for Queries, Reporting Violations, Return-To-Duty (RTD) screening, and Follow Up screening.
• During your Clearinghouse registration you must purchase query credits (we recommend 5 queries per driver). 

Each of your drivers (including owner operators must be registered as drivers at the FMCSA Clearinghouse.

• Owner-operators will also be registered as a driver when registering as a motor carrier.
• Non owner-operators must be registered as drivers if they are not already with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
