MDTP Driver Training 

There are two ways to complete your required driver training.

1. You can have each driver read and sign the handout linked in this section.
2. You can play the driver audio (linked below) and have the driver sign the handout

• You must write in the name of the person at your company that is the Designated Employee Representative (DER) on the driver handout
• You must write in the name of a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)on the driver handout.

You may search for a Substance Abuse Professional yourself or you may use the name of this SAP that we have worked with:

• You must have the driver sign the last page and keep it in a confidential employee file

Driver Training Audio 

You must still complete the sections of the driver training handout and have the driver read the policy statement and sign that the were given the required training and information. (See instructions above)
